Great Support to Education from Island Green Construction

Island Green Construction, a Northern Cyprus construction company, made a remarkable donation. The firm supported ÖZEV for individuals with special educational needs.

Island Green Construction, one of the brands of the Aykut Group of Companies operating in Northern Cyprus, supported ÖZEV for its new year social responsibility project.

TRNC Private Education Foundation (ÖZEV) operates to provide an environment conducive to individuals with special educational needs to benefit from their right to learn and to develop their material and moral assets. ÖZEV, which provides education to every individual between the ages of 0-35, who develops differently, supports individuals who develop differently in many subjects from the individualized education program to developing their independent living skills. Acting together with ÖZEV personnel, Island Green Construction determined the needs of children receiving special education and supported them in completing their deficiencies.

Ceren Boyacı and Kira Safonova, responsible for Island Green Construction, said: “With the awareness that the value given to people and education is above everything else, we hope that this situation will set an example for everyone. However, we expect an increase in support especially for organizations such as foundations and associations, which derive most of their income from donations.” Lastly, they are also invited everyone to donate.
