The history and roots of the Noyanlar Group of Companies, which has an important place among construction companies in Northern Cyprus, date back to the 1970s. The adventure that started with the talented Master Architect Gökhan Noyan signing many projects in the 1970s and 1980s, gained a different dimension in 1986 when his brother Mustafa Noyan graduated from Civil Engineering. Together, they took the first step towards becoming one of the few architecture-engineering offices on the island, establishing Arken Architecture and Engineering Ltd. The company, which accelerated its projects with the establishment of Arken Ltd., carried out apartment projects in Famagusta and other regions.
In 1999, the rise of the company gained momentum with the participation of the young entrepreneur Architect Ahmet Noyan to the team. The first site project was signed in these years. Successful investments were made in a very short time from Famagusta to the Iskele region and the right steps were taken.
Since 1973, Noyanlar Group has been signed under more than 100 apartment projects, over 1500 architectural and engineering projects, 17 large site projects. The company, which has hosted more than 3,000 families, provided living space for around 8,000 people.
