Yapım İnşaat was founded by Tekin Köse, a graduate of ITU Architecture Department, in the Turkish Republic of Northern Cyprus in 1988.
Yapım İnşaat, which has been serving in the construction and contracting sector since the day it was founded, gave life to villa and apartment projects by offering the island the best quality and most modern life.
From 1988 to 2017, Yapım İnşaat invested 174,801 m2 in construction and contracting, and completed 1152 Apartments, 41 Shops, 171 residences, 8 offices and 22 other contracting projects.
