Maldive Homes 3 + 1 Villa for Daily Rental in Esentepe
A luxurious holiday is calling you in Esentepe region, the peaceful location of Kyrenia.
Our prices above are for 1 night and not per person.
Stays are accepted for a minimum of 2 nights.
1 + 1 Max. 2 person bed capacity, 2 + 1 Max. It has a bed capacity of 4 people, 3 + 1 max 6 people bed capacity.
Apart from guests staying in our apartments, Outside Guests are not accepted, otherwise Maldives Homes Rental Department has the right to cancel your reservation.
BBQ (Barbecue) is prohibited in all of our apartments and (Please do not insist on this)
It is strictly forbidden to bring food from outside to the poolside and other areas.
Food & drink is not included in our prices.
Our prices include Gym, Tennis Court, Basketball, Outdoor Pool & Beach.
Kitchen and kitchen tools and equipment are available in all our apartments. You can shop outside and cook and eat in our apartments.
Califorian Restaurant is available on our site. Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner are sold.
Our restaurant is closed on Mondays and on other days it is open from 08:00 until 23:00 at night.
Check-in is at 15:00 – Check-out is at 12:00, Please notify 1 day in advance for late check-outs.
Check-in time is at 3:00 PM If you request early check-in, an additional fee equal to 30% of your room price will be charged for check-in at 12:00, and an additional fee equal to the room rate for check-in before 12:00 taken.
Check-out time is 12:00. If you wish to extend the check-out time, an additional fee equal to 30% of your room rate for extensions until 15:00 will be charged, 50% for extensions until 18:00 will be charged, additional fee equal to the full room rate for Check-outs after 18:00 will be charged.
Requests for accommodation are only accepted as couples and Families over 25 years old.
Parties and / or similar loud environments that may disturb our neighbors are not accepted.
In order to confirm your reservation, the deposit payment is taken and this amount remains as a deposit in our account until the check-out time, the home check-out time is checked by our friends, if there is no Damage, Damage & Loss, your deposit will be returned to you in the same way.
Cancellation / refund; Deposits paid for booking confirmation are canceled free of charge up to 72 hours before, and the deposit payment will not be refunded for cancellations after 72 hours.
Hosts do not accept pets in their homes or patios.
The usage time of the common areas is from 08:00 to 21:00, except for these hours (It is strictly forbidden to enter the pool at night and use other common areas.)
Note: Furniture may change according to the type of apartment.
Payments are only accepted in British GBP (£) sterling – Only Deposit payment is accepted in TL (₺).
